Saying Goodbye

February 11, 2023 by Sunnymumseven Leave a Comment

Said goodbye to my dad last night. Not forever. Just for a little while. My brothers, sister in law and I were with him when he left. A perplexing mix of emotions… relief and grief, a sense of loss but also gratitude, tears amidst deep peace.

Truly thankful for the great hope we have in Jesus. I know I will see him again. But now he is free… no more confusion and fear, no more pain. Just perfect peace. Rest easy Daddy. I love you. ❤️❤️❤️
